Abstract
This paper shows the way Francis Hutcheson's, An Inguiryconcerning the origin of our Idea of Beauty sets the basis for the aesthetic reflection as independent from other forms of philosophical reflection. Beauty becomes the particualr problematic field of reflection of Aesthetics. Hutcheson showed that beauty needs an internal sense fit to perceive it and that beauty plays an important role in nature's teleology.
