Abstract

The article aims to illustrate the economic boom of the franchise agreement in society and to present some legal trends around the same as an economic institution of the responsibilities arising from the franchisor’s head. These trends have been observed in various frameworks and legal systems. Basically, it treats the issues of pre-contractual duty of clarification, liability and labor responsibilities of the franchisor.
